212 Operating, LLC is an oilfield service Company specializing in recycling waste created by unconventional oil and gas development and production. Founded in 2002, the company operates two divisions specializing in waste management processes - 212 Oil Recovery focuses on managing crude oil and other E&P liquid waste streams; 212 Water Services processes produced or flow back water for reuse.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage SitePro website from Field Offices
    • Ensure accuracy of the data entered in the system through daily monitoring; review processes
    • Develop and maintain reporting system within SitePro
    • Continue to work with Amplisine to modify and customize SitePro to H2Oil specifications
  • Develop and maintain Recognition Program for truck drivers.
  • Track purchasing activities; such as PO, Open PO’s and turnaround time to increase cash flow.
  • Support accurate administration of invoices; develop and implement or enhance a system to evaluate vendor quotations that utilizes appropriate negotiation and purchasing techniques to ensure quality, price, delivery and service; ensure Customer Service agreements are accurate; receive proper approvals from management.
  • Assist with various account data; manipulate database to implement corrective action.
  • Responsible in performing risk assessments; auditing relevant HSE activities; reports; lead continuous improvement; maintain HSE files.
  • Track employee training records.
  • Support Sales team in generating metric reports and developing presentations on as needed basis.
  • Responsible in maintaining inventory items; identifying opportunities to avoid future out of stock situations; perform daily review of product replenishment; place orders accordingly to balance maximum shipping capacities while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Develop and expand business relationships with existing customers; build new customer base in partnership with Sales team, resolve customer and/or supplier quality issues.
  • Assist with capital equipment requirements; develop reports to track capital expenditures.


Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or similar discipline.
  • Self-motivated drive to help the team improve through people, process and technology.
  • Strong sense of urgency for critical-path project items, milestones, and key project deliverables.
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem solving and results orientation with a business focus.
  • Proficiency in the application of computerized systems, including standard business applications (i.e. MS Office).
